Free Nationally Recognized Spine Health Program (1.5 CME) sponsored by Excellus BCBS in cooperation with Spine Care Partners LLC

90 min on-demand video training immediately available upon registration

Excellus BCBS is proud to introduce to our region a nationally recognized educational program for primary care practitioners founded on evidence-based spine care guidelines. PCP feedback to trainings has been very positive, ultimately delivering high patient and provider satisfaction through increased efficiencies and better outcomes.  All Physicians, NPs, PAs are invited to attend.

The Spine Health Program focuses on a community wide approach to patient active care that embraces a best evidence care pathway, emphasizing the importance of early contact providers, active patient engagement / decision making and clear, engaging communication.

Nationally and regionally, medical costs of spine care have increased significantly over the last 20 years, accompanied by an increase in spine disability. Studies show that first-line provider decisions greatly influence downstream chronicity, disability and costs. Thus, PCPs are a key in solving the problem of spine care.
